Hey lovelies! Hope you are having a faaaaab weekend!
Puffer jackets have made a HUGE comeback and to begin with i wasn't really feeling the trend because i thought they looked incredibly unflattering and a tad like you were about to go to space, THEN i came across this particular one from New Look and i've fallen a little in love - the colour is just beaaaautifullllllll!
Puffer jackets used to be deemed as more 'sensible', 'practical' and 'functional' than 'stylish' and 'chic', BUT now that they have been seen all over runways and are everywhere this Winter, opinions have changed and they are definitely far more cool AND they are incredible cosy, warm and comfortable - perrrrrfect for the cold!
What i am wearing
Jacket - New Look, Jumper - New Look (similar here), Trousers - Missguided, Shoes - ASOS, Bag - Ted Baker (similar here), Pom Pom Keyring - Topshop, Watch - Michael Kors, Rings - Pandora (here and here)
Take care as always and i will see you real soon x
Hey lovelies! Hope you're doing greatttttt - I've barely slept but i've got a large hot chocolate and a bowl of granola so i'm happy! BOY O BOY has it gotten cold! What does cold mean? It means layering! Winter is basically the season of wanting to wear everything you own all at once until you look like a snowman. BUT, it doesn't have to be like that - it is possible to be warm AND stylish at the same time it is just about nailing the art of LAYERING and thinking more creatively when getting dressed in the morning! QUICK LAYERING TIPS - Start with a basic, or two BUT keep this layer more fitted (wear a plain top, maybe even a couple of plain tops, or a top and then a body over it just to really trap the heat in) - Add a jumper or cardigan (maybe even wear a regular jumper and then put a turtle neck over top OR wearing a jumper and then put a cardi over top) - Add a jacket or coat - Add a scarf, gloves, woolly hat, socks (maybe even two pairs)
Hope you all had a magical Christmas and ⭐HAPPY NEW YEAR⭐ - what are your New Year's resolutions and goals? Personally, i am not really one for resolutions but i like the idea of 'starting a new chapter' and 'a fresh start' and, of course, i want this year to be filled with lots of happiness, love, health and achievements.
